 himaachal pradesh mein ghandiyaali ke naam se jaana jaata hai. pitrdosh naamak pakavaan ghadiyaalee ke patton se banaaya jaata hai. 
patrodu ek pahadi rasoi ki ek dish hai jo   himachal ki padadi recipe hai,arabee ke pattiyon se patrodu banaaya jaata hai. monasoon ke dauraan, arabee ke patton ko chuna jaata hai. Specially jab barish ka mausam hota hai tab usko log khathe hai,barshato mai khate hai ,is barsat ke mausam mai arabee ke bht patte hote hai,chaliyeh dekhte hai inko kaise bnya jata hai.

  • Haldi
  • Dhaniya 
  • Jeera
  • Ajwain
  • Hari mirch
  • Heeng
  • Pyaaj
  • Adarak
  • Lahasun
  • Oil
besan, namak, pisee huee haldee, kata hara dhaniya, jeera, ajavaeen, katee haree mirch, heeng, pisee huee pyaaj, adarak aur lahasun ka gaadha pest bana le, 2 chammach sarason ke tel se taiyaar kiya jaata hai. 
Aarbee ka ek  patta ulta rakha jaata hai aur is gaadhe pest ko ek patalee parat mein lagaaya jaata hai. ek aur patta to is pattee ke oopar ulta rakha jaata hai aur ek hee 
pest us par lagaaya jaata hai. pattiyon aur pest kee 4-5 paraten taiyaar ho jaane ke baad, pattiyaan bahut saavadhaanee se aur kasakar ek taraph se doosaree taraph ludhakatee hain. yadi aavashyak ho, to rol ko ek saath rakhane ke lie ek string ke 
saath baandha ja sakata hai. is tarah ke kuchh rol ko preshar kukar mein daala 
jaata hai aur kuchh samay ke lie steem kiya jaata hai. haalaanki saavadhaan rahen, aap unhen jada bhaap nahin dena  
hain . 
ubale hue rol ko phir thanda kiya jaata hai, aajakal phrij mein rakha jaata hai lekin praakrtik roop se thanda karana theek rahata hai
Phir cut kar le,aur fry kare oil ya desi ghee main ,aur garma garm khae
